Dear Sir,

the phone already rooted without any problem.
But when you can read in a log, unfortunately the phone unable to unlock, because it could not communicate with the software:
"Trying on SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port (COM57)

Unable to unlock."

In this case unfortunately you can not unlock the phone (at the moment) we have not solution for it.
