But when you can read in a log, unfortunately the phone unable to unlock, because it could not communicate with the software: "Trying on SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port (COM57) Protocol is not supported. Trying on SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port (COM58) Not responding. Unable to unlock." In this case unfortunately you can not unlock the phone (at the moment) we have not solution for it.
