I had the same issue
It's due to KG Lock prenormal state.
Try to use the phone for a week then the KG State will change from prenormal to normal
Google how to change KG state

my phone only stuck on samsung logo.

how can i use not power to menu phone for one week?

Reflash it. Then try to change KG state to normal. Google it
