i bought yesterday the pro version
is it possible to upgrade to premium ?
of course i will pay for the upgrade

Hi sir,
First of all, you need to understand the slight difference that stands between Pro and premium licenses: two major points: the Authenticator/Dongle is the main one, also the exclusive support given to premium users, which prioritizes them when they need help.
So, with premium license that includes the dongle, you can switch computers when ever you feel like to do so. Unlike pro users, they have to await for the 48 hours to end, between every switch.
Upgrading to premium from Pro versions needs a confirmation from Chimera, i still don’t know if it’s possible.

yes, my problem is, i have 2 laptops 1 at home and 1 at work,
so it would be good to switch between these 2

Hi,

in this case the best opportunity the authenticator, because the license will be registered to your authenticator, that mean you can use the purchased license from the computer where the authenticator connected.
