last day i unlock z10 now its giving me error of

phone calls using the mobile network are blocked by your administrator

i also try to flash again with this latest firmware

after flashing now on signals side there is written unknown error

now how to solve this issue

one thing more i try to search out on net about this problem of

here is the answer but

BlackBerry Z10 - Select settings for call barring

but there is no calling options enable on z10

Call Blocking option was disabled

Dear Sir,

please try to nuke the phone. it is take a long time, but if you followed the settings instructions step by step and the phone will be working (naturally it is not 100%, if the phone has some special issue, it can not help, but mostly that is a solution for it)

i have same problem unlock 2 Z10 and 1 Q5 all have same issue
i nuke and reflash with latest firmwares from chimera problem not solve

Yes Im getting the same problem with some Q10s since last update. But software change fixed it for me.
