To block incoming calls, follow these steps:
From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
Touch the Status bar and slide down.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down to and tap Call Blocking.
Perform one of the following actions:
Tap the Block All Incoming Calls switch to turn on.
Tap the Block All Incoming Calls While Roaming switch to turn on.

To block outgoing calls, follow these steps:
From any Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
Touch the Status bar and slide down.
Tap Settings.
Tap Call Blocking.
Perform one of the following actions:
Tap the Block All Outgoing Calls switch to turn on.
Tap the Block All Outgoing International Calls switch to turn on.
Tap the Block All Outgoing International Calls While Roaming switch to turn on.
