z10 unlock problem, handshake error

Updating software.
Phone is in loader mode

Please disable your firewall and Antivirus software and try again now.

Hi please uninstall BB link and bend, just install BB10 drivers from chimera restart pc and try again please... any other doubt contact me on SKype for help....
