go to phone settings > about if baseband is unkown then you can't repair IMEI because of baseband try reflashing then efs repair then fix IMEI, if baseband is ok then *#9090# and select Set Diag Config to LOG VIA USB then Application -> Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging after this repair the IMEI

flash the phone with its original firmware then check baseband
