i9300 nand start fail


any solution for Samsung i9300
when flash with odin or z3x or spt tool
stuck on start nand
I tried to write emmc user and boot 1 both file write done but
problem is same any solution and mobile is hang on logo

Dear Brother Reset efs with normal software.....and check. Still baseband null, then, might be from Baseband IC Problem. Have to change it then
