Brother, I think you have run this box first time. Let us know the your windows type. Is it windows xp or windows 7 etc. Are you using windows 32m or 64 bit? If you are using windows 64 bit or above, then, GPG Emmc box won't work. Need to change your windows to 32 bit.

Disable Antivirus, and try it again when the internet connection ON.

If you are using xp, then, sometimes you need to remove registry of GPG EMMC from windows and need to run again.

For this,

Type "regedit" in the RUN manu, then, go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER", then "Software", then, "GPG" and here, right click to "GPGeMMC" and delete it.

Also post your serial number of GPG EMMC printed on the back side of the GPG EMMC BOX.

Can you check your device with other PC. Make security off (Antivirus and windows security) and try to update your device.

If you can't do, then, you can ask help from your reseller or you can take device to the reseller place. I am sure he will help you to run the device.
