need rom for this tab guys

samsung galaxy tab 3
all winner a13
it shows samsung andriod device(android adb interface) in device manager when attached to my computer, no comm port under ports. how can i flash it.

try to burn in the phoenix card

bro pls check the picture, thats what i get with pheonix card. but i noticed that after burning to the sdcard, if check the size of the sdcard it will still be same b4efore burnig.

Try to first formate mmc with this software.
HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool - v2.1.8

then try again
