Seems the best sigma has nothing no updates in 6 months (December 2022) before that was 9months (September 2022) both where minor updates, added some huawei support and 12 moths ago added some Samsung that could be done with free app. SO removing all packs we spend our sweat and blood to purchase for such lousy support is that what additional $60 a year gonna get us again?? add phones already supported by other boxes or free?

How can i feel confident in i was forced to buy your product with all packs haven't done any work with it spend about $500us to get it to my country the reason i bought it because i wanted something to compliment my other boxes that doesn't need to be renews annually. Your product hasn't been any updates in like 6 months just minor updates in en of 2022. And your big announcement after half year is that you are excited to charge us more after not giving us anything in months. it is unfair to give someone 3moths after they paid for 7 packs i believe if they are giving up to 365 days is should be by packs. they should give time for each pack if someone bought a box in Jan of this year with all pack they should be given 7 years a year for each pack if they only bought with 3 pack then 3 year and so on that is the only thing fair

i believe you should allow user that paid for pack to access what they have paid for access to old software up to expiration date


i have not updated to plus because in the last 6moth haven't done any phone with the box and if you only give 6months or 3 the box will just die off i haven't made back anything most of the phones i tries did not work although say was supported like e.g frp for some motorolas i end up doing them with other more reliable boxes.



this box has given me the most disappointment especial because it costed the most haven't made it back
