According to the bonus time table, if you activated the pack within the last 365 days, you are eligible for the maximum bonus time of 1 year. If you received a bonus of 3 months, it means that you haven't activated packs for more than 2 years.

its not fair to old coustomer bonus time for old coustomer minimum 365 days .you forcing to coustomer to find another option.

The same problem i have Pack 7 Activated you give me 3 month I think it is better that the bonus be at the expense of the activated packages and not the activation period
