smartclip2-setup-v1.33.06.00.exe was working fine. today got error

after that installed new version but it is not opening.

Uninstall previous version of the software, download Smart-Clip2 software once again, install "fresh" just downloaded copy and try running it.
After that post results in a current thread.

Smart clip2 latest version in not opening. I clean the laptop, installed windows but not opening smart clip2 latest version. All previous version are working.
When i doubble on the exe to open nothing is happening , not showing any error
