Z2 Force XT1789 Unlock Done Says Invalid SIm

Ive tried numerous times to unlock and every time it says invalid sim

Did you try to unlock the device with not native SIM card in it?
Upload all security backups from this phone.

Sorry put this to the side for a minute, dont have time to keep playing with it. Still not done and tried without sim inside as well and same thing says invalid sim.

Sorry got real busy with tax season here and now making time for problem phones. Here is the log again,I changed the driver to QC driver instead of Moto diag driver and after trying it with different drivers and sim cards still says invalid sim.

I found this on XDA and unlocked the phone smartclip and gcpro both couldnt do it.
