is your MSL really 000000 or is NV damaged? or GC pro incorrect about SPC?
activate uart through *#0*# just means leave it sitting there in that screen activates uart by itsself.

I have the same issue, I unlocked some g930p before, with the same android and baseband version, but yesterday I tried with the same model, g930p, and it's said "success unlock", but when I put the simcard, said "simcard invalid"... I don't think that is a new security issue...
I tried with the methods that you're posting without success..

If your phone has the new VPU2APC5 or VPU2APD3 firmware it has new security, and even though GCPro shows successful it will display "Invalid SIM"

For now the solution is to flash only

Samsung_G930P_VPU1APB5_v6.0.1_AP.TAR
and
Samsung_G930P_VPU1APB5_v6.0.1_CP.TAR

which will allow you to unlock it perfectly.

If you don't have the combination binary then it can be made from a regular tar.

Sounds strange, because I did an unlock with the *APD3 firmware, but I will flash with the archives that you said as soon as arrive at home..

Thanks a lot,

Thanks a lot,

It will show successful with both VPU2APC5 or VPU2APD3 but will also show "Invalid SIM" unless you downgrade to VPU1APB5.
