It been told before. You have to use RPL Write instead of unlock again via server.
Now i mention here too http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/13049348-post11.html

Please post your sn here or at skype i refund you after verify double unlock same device.

the GC PRO tool stopped working but deducted the credit, I tried again and froze again and deducted more credit. But phone still locked

Put gcpro in exclude from ur anti virus/windows defender and it will not crash.
Once credits is cut RPL file is saved. use ASK/RPL option Press No for ask read and select RPL file from c:\gcpro_team\ only for your phone you see rpl even if your pc have 100

open the GCPRO folder, and look for RPL files, if there then you're 90% done, just select ASK/RPL again and when asked press NO, then select RPL file...

Then DONE/Unlocked after it says success

Hello. I did all that, the process finishes, but the phone does NOT take signal. It keeps searching signal. I have don't the process several times and the same result

such condition exist only if you have cert fail (*#0011#) or mipi fail or you made unlock with root it will not let network come. such model unlock only via credits and should be without root to do with credits unlock.

if your issue due to imeicert fail its not related to unlock you got such phone in that condition you wasted credits in unlocking it.

If your issue due to mipi fail its hardware issue in that condition you wasted credits in unlocking it.

if your issue due to root base unlock this can be recovered. root again. enter relock in imei 2 box in samsung tab.
Select tmobile unlock do not tick on use server.
Now after this you have locked handset.
Use ASK/RPL press NO to write RPL and it will be unlocked..
