gcpro does not care about us,gcpro dongle began to fail since update 59 and keeps failin still on update 61/ my doncle is locked and skype support they blame me of locking my own dongle!
no best regards to support team on skype

So I connected my card and Tried to Load up the program it give me a card not found and error code 33111

i tried to update my card using the update tool seemed like it was updating but the program crashed now my card is locked and i cant seem to do anything! Please Help how can i get this issue resolved?

hace un rato le di a actualizar a la 61, y me da erro y dice que esta bloqueda por favor alguien que me ayude , que haya tenido el mismo problema.

entra dentro de la carptea de la gcpro y busca el update y ejecutalo, asegurate no tener flexhubs instalado ni algo parecido
