Uninstall "FlexiHub" restart pc and all turn back normal...

It's Eng Root file and most probabily you have Upgrade you Fw in this G955U, (SPRINT), so not match....or you are using this File for NOT SPRINT DEVICE?

As you see in log phone have latest bootloader use old same rev bootloader or use combination firmware same rev..

Uninstall any "Sharing Port" program, like FlexiHub itc... restart you pc and Sw work good.

If you say Haven't nothig above, use Clean Pc.
