Hello
Select samsung gsm MODEL from list.
Select exynos efs reset in samsung tab
Connect phone in download mode scan port and select port.
Now press start when its ask for full reset press YES

If you get any issue post here result.

Hi there I was trying to Unlock this device J727az with GCPro I made this operation:

Init ok..

Samsung Exynos EFS Reset Success..
Fail-Flash..
Possible New BootLoader Try Downgrade and retry...
Finish...

!!! Success !!!!
Restart Phone if not auto...
Total Time Take...00:03:23

I made a Backup of the imei's Certificade before this operation.
After this, the GCPro GUI was frozen, the device was at dowload mode stucked at half line of progress. I reset my device and its stucked at a boot loop at Cricket's logo. I re-flashed full firmware, and tried with Combination firmware too, but my device never finish booting up.

Any idea how can I fix this problem?
Ive never face this problem before

If I enter to recovery mode and try a "Factory data Reset" I get this error:
