hi team this software not working xp and win8.1？

sir

i run gcpro in win 8.1 64bit system

it can open

but i choose com port Click on the read info

software show error winscard.dll error then atuo closed

error code：

scard_w_rest_card

in xp system it show runtime error about of microsoft visual c++
