SM-G891A unlock without cert?

I would like to unlock this AT&T Galaxy S7 Active. It is clean but is not paid off in full yet. Is this unlock possible without use of imei cert with GCPRO? Thnaks in advance for answers. And by the way customet is willing to pay for expensive IMEI cert needed for this model.

You don't need cert or anything like that to get it unlocked,
It can be done by imei service.

Thanks for the reply, but i am seeking the solution with GC Pro box. This certain phone is clean but has installments plan not paid off in full yet. Looking for the way to unlock this device without 3rd party services or tools.

I may have misunderstood what you meant by "IMEI Service" do you mean unlock and rewrite cert like you commented on another users post about the S6 Active? Thanks
