Hi, I tried to unlock my S6 Sprint but the logs show up it failed and i don't know why .... please help me

hi what does it mean ? the log said "Device is not rooted ....."

It means that if the phone is not rooted you cannot unlocked phone

but the thing is i already try to rooted it before and i run it into GCpro box and it showed me failed with the same results. That's why i flash the firmware again that's why it doesn't have root anymore. But even without root, GCPro box said they don't need the phone rooted in order to unlock .....

use older version seems there is a problem with update 52

Well unlocked without root is a thing of the past, I will be able to help in a hour or so....

This error is explain before. bug even after success show fail.. did you check in phone for results ? new update will be released this week to solve this.

hello i just checked the answer. You said it was a bug that cause it but eventually it is still successful? I already try to unlock the phone with different box and it's already not showing invalid SIM Card anymore but it didn't have the signals so I flash the firmware again and then run the unlocking from GCpro box. But it is still showing no signals, and in the help tips I saw you guys saying that I have to enable GCF in order for the signals to work again but I can't access to GCF with the traditional methods( Key Input "Q" and then "0000")
So I read about the update of the GCPro Box it said if I choose enable DIAG options it will automatically enable GCF.... but still no results. The phone is still not showing any signals from my Tmobile sim
