Hi man, i think there is other solution too. There is a tool in internet who can repair this boot problem, even if the phone is in a Qcom9008 status. Some boxes can do same thing, but here is GCPro section, so you have to search in google.

no boxes can fit the g930p. not uft nor medusa. =\

it is the gcpro section, but the topic of rooting the g930p on binary 5 is what is important. there aren't many discussions on it.

It is making a copy of the bootloader to help phones that are stuck in SBL error bricked mode. You would be helping many people.

Also, word of warning. Do NOT flash the emmc_appsboot and boot file from the combo firmware. flashing just these two will brick the phone. Without your help, it is as of yet unfixable.

Did you still need the bootloader yet for the G930P?

No I just ended up changing the motherboard out.

As test, I flashed a G930P on purposes with the full combi firmware including the emmc_appsboot and boot file, and sure enough it has errored out during the initial flash, BUT once I have manually put the phone back into download mode it went through just fine on the second run.
Most likely the first flash run has updated some bootloader file even though it has errored out on some partition, which has allowed the subsequent flash to go through fully. Now just because it has worked for me, please proceed at your own risk!
