Samsung imeis delay

Hi, 3 days ago I purchased two unlock codes for samsung galaxy s5 "USA SERVICE 1-3 HOURS" , it's been three days now and I don't have my codes and they don't answer my emails.
If they don't give me the codes today I'll be posting in every gsm forum about this terrible service and even terrible customer support.

I waited all day today and I didn't get a reply from them, not a single word, you can really see they don't care about their customers.

I understand, but if the service is down why don't I get my credits back? I can be patient but I can't say the same for my clients. If my clients decide to take their phones I am at a loss because if the codes do eventually come I can't do nothing with them and I wont get my money back. Thats why I'd rather get my credits back but I haven't got a fuc@ing answer from this fuc@ing team.
