HELP Huawei y511-u30 have ERROR (8) on sp flsh toll - GSM-Forum

first phone (huawei y511-u30)comes with encryption.... error then i try to flash it with
SP flash tool but after format it stop!!

then i try to flash with other flash
files to but SP fashtool error code (8) uprear help me pleas
