Y6 2019 MRD L21A only shows E or 2G

Hi All
I have got y6 2019 mrd l21a , it always shows only E or 2G speed. Not been able to change to 4G. Even in sim manager seething 4G is enabled but still shows only 2G
Even network search brings up 2G network only

Tried settings editor but still 2G only.
Originally they used to be demo models but I changed firmware to 9.1.0.263(c431) with eu customisation.
Please anyone can guide me on right direction.
TIA to all

The MRD-L21A is the model that is shown in settings or at the back cover?
Is it possible that it's a demo live unit and it is simply missing the 4g modem?

Try to write an OEM info file from a working phone that has 4G signal, this should help.

initially phone had 2 imei numbers.. but after writing oem info from another 4g phone the problem is it's showing only 1 imei number with emergency calls only.
but after writing oem info back up the phone shows 2 imei number with 2g network only.
