need some Question about iphone activation page. - GSM-Forum

Hello Team
i want to ask some question about iphone activation page.

Today i Receive Iphone 6.
problem is Phone at activation page and stuck at Icloud Id.
customer was using this phone, she have data inside phone even she remember the passcode.
she said she don't know what happen, why phone comes to this page even she didn't update phone. phone OS is 10.0.
now the problem is she's remember the password of icloud but not remember Exact her id.

i try to export her photos (for screen short about id) but not found

i can't make backup, because itool,itunes, 3utools needs to active it first for make backup.

NOW the Question is
1: How to get out from this page??
2: How to get Id information from this phone?
