this depends on which IOS version (<8.1 supported) and what exact phone status (temporary disabled supported).

Here is the steps,

as i check your video , i saw something is wrong , eg, the phone power on button not pressed.

You can programming the dongle with option "Test Setting Only" in T-Mode (No. 13 https://www.mfcbox.com/manual/#features/34 ) to make sure all the connections are good then programming "Auto" do real unlock.
