If I was you should be cautious as with 2 posts you don't give clear description of your problem. .

Invisible member...

Their support is 24-7 depending on time zone..

Allegedly sent LOL

I only post on gsmhosting if no reply is given to me on email there is no reason to post on gsmhosting first when the team can reply back to my email.

I have explain everything to MFC top to bottom there is no need to explain again.

Just received my dongle used only once then stopped working

I would of posted a nice print screen of the issue but the system will not allow me.

I am not sure if you can read "I would of posted a nice print screen of the issue but the system will not allow me."

Unfortunately gsmhosting does not allow newbie members to post a link for unknown reason. "An error has occurred unlockcodesuk! You must have 10 posts in order to post links. Your current post count is 3."

If you check your email exactly to this date and time you will clearly see a screenshot send from me.

Sent: 07 February 2015 17:07:33To: Support (supportmfcboxcom)

It is not only me having this issue it seem other members having the same problem

If this a common fault with your product i think you should resolve this fast as most of your clients will leave a bad feedback.
