Software crash help please. - GSM-Forum

Hi i have been using the Ibus with Dongle and MFC software for some time. Iv used your online activation to set up an account for a friend but talked them through install and how to use. Im just having trouble with the software it logs in all fine and the watch connects in DFU mode and is diplayed in green. When i select it the software just crashes will close down and restart.

Anyone else haing this issue or had it and worked out what the issue is.

If your account have iBUS Activated , this will not happened !

Hi denis,
The account Username is pophone. If you can check to see if it is actiated as we have paied for IMFC 1 year and activated it on the account. If im possably missing smothing else aswell.

yes, as i check your account only have iMFC activated, but to use apple watch function by mfc software you have to activate ibus too ! Maybe you already have other type of adapter for watch , Unfortunately before you activate ibus , other connector will also not working while you using MFC Software !
