Not helpful and not cpu and if that were the case why is there a message about error 40 on opening screen of 5.1 really disappointed to be getting no help with this and even more disappointed to have spent good money on what seemed to be a great well supported box |

And why after nearly a week has box support still not helped posted a response or video or replied to messages what's the point in taking people's money for a machine and ignoring requests for help when it's not working correctly. I am not the only person with this problem and I'm very disappointed with the lack of support |
