Baseband is OK, or unknown?

There is some rom backup, but it's for custom recovery (TWRP).
If you have ways to put TWRP into phone ... read more HERE

There are stock rom's, but probably nobody will give it for free.

A6020l36_USR_S042_1612091800_Q1021101.2_BMAIN_16G_ LAS - Android 5.x
A6020l36_USR_S155_1702121800_Q1021101.2_BMAIN_16G_ LAS - Android 6.x

Idea (with stock rom's) would be to downgrade, of course ...

everything was unknown in the network part, (baseband) but I already installed recovery and super user, and no success using the processes above me spoken.

and yes already tried to put, the rom 5.1 that is the downgrade, and the 6.1 that is the current, but I did not succeed, can you give me one more tip? and thanks to you for answering the topic, the first time I have a moderator ...

the rom passes normal however the devices continues with the imei null undocks, or when the original imei returns continued without giving network,

Okay, we have more job to do ...

First things first: While you still have custom recovery and root,
enable diag mode via adb (from pc), with next commands :

Code:
adb shell

su

setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb
(enter after each command, and at last one - new COM port will appear in device manager)

Then ... read current QCN (backup) via QPST / Software download (check attached picture) and via newly activated diag port.
After backup, write factory QCN via same program. You should get at least imei all zero's
or ar original one (not null/null when you type *#06#), and probably baseband should appear too
under settings/about phone etc.

If still nothing - flash NON-HLOS.bin (modem) from attached archive,
either via QPST (QFIL) or via adb from fastboot (you need unlocked bootloader),

command: fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin

Needed files to download: A6020-L36_USR_S155_LAS_Modem+QCN_by_bRkA
archive pass: forum.gsmhosting.com

after all of that ... imei should appear, even all zero's, together with valid baseband.
After, is trivial to repair it via free tools (check my posts - I posted tool in some post under Lenovo section)

p.s. Posted modem and QCN is for version S155 (android 6.x), so put that version/twrp back first.

Good day, friend, great step by step, I did everything as I quoted, I activated the diag901d port, I backed up the qcn then I put them on, but they continue with imei null, and it's only for those models, since all other models have always done this procedure and they come back, it's just the a6020L36 version that I can not repair even activating the diag port, it copies and at the time of playing the program installs but always nullo or when it comes back if I try to do the repair it returns to stay null, a support by team viewer or any other remote. if you can solve it I paid for the service, thank you and I await answer
