I'm on Android 4.4.2

Need to enable DIAG port. Do you know how i can do this operation?

If you have/can root phone, you can try adb shell command,

Adb shell
su -c setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb

Tried with this command, no success.

The command to enable diag mode is *#*#8899#*#*
