Do you connect clip to the phone? Make sure your clip is detected by your phone, you can check it in download mode, if all ok, then reboot to ftm. |

If you don't have spare flexes (you should have at least 2 with XTC 2 Clip), then I don't know how to help, the only advice I can give, is to try to insert the clip again and again unless it will be detected by the phone. | |
