Hello,

It means that the files are not copied on the clip or clip is not connected properly.
You should NOT see the FTM menu.

You may try this:

then copy files again and repeat.

Are you sure that you copy files for your model? Please kindly send me a list of files that you have on your clip.
P.P.S. Do you connect clip to the phone? Make sure your clip is detected by your phone, you can check it in download mode, if all ok, then reboot to ftm.

You should NOT see "SD NOT MOUNTED" or any other errors in the bottom part of the display.
You may upload a photo of your phone in download mode with clip attached.

Then you have 2 options:

1. Repair filesystem (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f961...t-etc-1964648/)
2. Replace flex.

Why should I replace the flex as long as the computer sees my xtc clip ?
(it's hard for me to get a new one)

In some cases PC has less requirements for the clip to be detected.
If you don't have spare flexes (you should have at least 2 with XTC 2 Clip), then I don't know how to help, the only advice I can give, is to try to insert the clip again and again unless it will be detected by the phone.
