Y cable is not to connect phone to PC.
Y cable is connected to PC just to gain power.
The microusb side goes to the phone.
And the USB port is to attach microSD reader and XTC2Clip

Excuse me. But I don't see a Y cable, it did not came with XTC2CLIP. So did I just not get one by mistake, or maybe there is another way to do this with phones that don't have microSD slot? I'm actually working on M7 right now, and it does not have one. So what can be done here?

Thanks.

I'm sorry to say that you have to use Y cable in order to service M7 or any other phone. Y cable is a rather usual thing, just search your local markets, you should find it there. You can also make it yourself, by modifying OTG cable and adding power.
