M7 verizone unlock bootloader failed

I can not unlock bootloader. It is possible to flash EU sw (or revolutionary custom flash ) to this phone or there is some HW difference? It is possible to set Imei to EU imei and CID to HTC___0032?

Hello,

I don't think you can flash EU, as it's wlv phone, but IMEI and CID can be repaired to the desired value, you don't have to unlock bootloader for this.
