S-OFF and then downgrade. You can see the version of Android on our support site for each flash file.

Ihave use m8_ul not work and also m8_uhl no success.
the problem is that after upgrade can not make or receive calls.

Hello,

According to the model number, your phone is m8_uhl, but currently you have m8_ul installed and I assume the phone will not power on with this firmware.

Please search for 0P6B65000 on the support and download the firmware you like.

Also please explain what's the problem - you can't flash or can't get the calls to work ?

p.s. did you try master reset ?

thank for the response but this is how the phone come to me and the own say all was well before making OTA update and i try 0p6B65000 FIRMWARE but not flashing it hangs is there anything that i can do to downgrade this phone?.

Well, before downgrade/upgrade, we need to make it flash.
I think customer is not telling us the truth!

Which error do you get? Do you use XTC 2 Tool 1.20 ?

yes the customer says the true because am the one fixing all his phones and that of his family and i use xtc clip 1.20 its hangs on preasing......
