dear i am looking for htc repairing tool pls tell me

can i flash all htc phones with yours product
do you have support section for download flash files
can i unlock all phone like pettren lock phone pin lock country lock with yours product
pls give me full information aginest my questions i also visit yours support site but don't understand about features of yours products

1. You cannot flash with our software, as flashing can be done with fastboot software available for free
2. Flash files for our customers will be available a bit later.
3. Patter/pin locks are not supported, in most cases they can be removed by doing simple master reset.

But I am looking for good flashing tool here many phones comes with logo hang,pettren lock,restart problem it's too much confusing to choose a right file its take too much time to find it
I hope some good news coming soon from you then I must spend money for you
