When the power adapter to the PC beeps and it means it is connected to my PC. However, when used in xtc2clip v1.39 the power adapter tool is not found.

Win 10 64bit. A few days ago using a power adapter was still normal.

After restarting the PC, uninstalled and reinstalled the power adapter driver, XTC client 1.4 was all normal. Already uninstalled and reinstalled xtc tool 1.39 and all normal but still power adapter not found in xtc2 tool 1.39

Already replace 3 flex cables and replace 4 micro usb cable to power adapter.

Please help. Tia

Hello sir!

The flex cable make no sense in this case, as PC uses USB connection via regular microUSB cable.

Can you please run device manager and confirm that you see a new USB device whenever you attach (connect) PowerAdapter to your PC?
If so, would you mind telling me the name of the device which appears?

The name that appears for the power adapter in the Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus Controller is USBXpress Device

I have been using the information on the power adapter not found for three days.

on the device manager PC, the power adapter is detected properly. but when I change imei in the power adapter tools the power adapter information is not found.

On October 20 2019 my Powewr adapter was normal and smooth.
there was no procedure error that I did.

Can the power adapter be flashed again?

or the slot in xtc2clip does not detect the power adapter?
If xtc2clip doesn't detect the power adapter, why is my xtc2clip normal when I insert a smart card?

Do I need to PM my serial number xtc2clip?

Hello!

PowerAdapter can't be flashed, and if it's detected in Device Manager it should work fine.
XTC2Clip connection to PowerAdapter is not checked during the initial procedure of IMEI repair, in case of misconnection you'll get an error on the phone itself, not in XTC 2 Tool.

Do you have a second PC where you can try it, just in case?

Thanks.

I just only have htc u11 dual sim 6/128

If so I will check it. Later in the evening I will flash full wipe 3.35.400.1 from you and try to change IMEI again.

I will report the results, hopefully the problem is solved
