Htc 820n keep restarting on htc logo.i have done flashing with xtc2 clip.still..

Hello,

Do master reset and make phone S-ON.

Also flash latest firmware.

No, not madatory, but S-ON helps us to understand that phone is correctly flashed and has signed partitions. Then S-OFF and do master reset.

Yes, factory reset from fastboot/download menu.
