Hello,

Who said you can S-OFF using Special unlock/IMEI tab ? It's called Special unlock/IMEI, not "S-OFF/Special unlock IMEI".

It does what it says.

To S-OFF you must use direct mode.

Okay my fault, so "Special unlock/IMEI" won't make S-OFF on the devices.

But the weird thing is it won't also unlock the bootloader, I've tested it on M9 (HIMA) and X9 (E56_ML).

Can be, as in new versions they have changed the security a lot.
But you still can use the Unlock bootloader tab.
