I was able to create an FRP file from Ultimate Samsung v0.2 for a G925T U6, but I do not know how to flash it to the cell phone, I do not see the support for the RLF extension

Please make wipe in recovery and try again.

On new security devices, you can first wipe phone and then try FRP Reset.
