Please help me i tryed all methods

1 - Unlock Bootloader
2 - Format NVRAM - NVDATA option
3 - Check the baseband is OK
4 - Try to format from recovery / or do Format FS from software and see if OK.
5 - Try the Oppo method

If not work try downgrade the firmware and repead all operation.
If not work restore the security and check the original imei.

We try Same Method
Device Bootloop
after downgrade Same Issue

When we repair it on any old firmware Bootloop

can you recommend me firmware ?

First Unlock Bootloader, then flash with CPH2185PU_11_A.17_201228_8cedfeaf and then make sure phones starts fine and baseband OK.

After that repeat repair operation.
