There is no need to install UMT Smart Card driver...as dongle will work without driver as well

All drivers for smartcard are included in UMT Support Access installer.

Please install from there. Rockey2000 driver should work fine.

If your SmartCard is shown as Unknown, it should not affect its function, but you can still manually install from SmartCard_Win7_x64 folder.
