Unable to reset: I can enter fastboot , I can reboot to recovery but there is no option to hard reset

First find the Nokia NB0 firmware and extract using QcFire. If it goes well, you need to find TP for EDL mode.

Then you can try in EDL mode using QcFire.

You can directly use NB0 in QcFire to flash as it can use internal loader automatically.

Most probably loader will in database for this model.

Turn Off phone, hold Vol UP + Vol DOWN and insert USB cable.

Make sure you soldered wires perfectly, and also wires are no longer than 4 inch.

I have failed to connect also.
the points are, DATA0,CLK,CMD. here is no vccq point.
