hi br
i buy a new nck pro bax with umt 1 year active only 2 mont ago
but i setup qfire 5.7 my umt show expire
i do update but show masege
Card connected, reading info.

Failed

Card have latest version, not need to update this card.

Please contact your reseller.

If you bought from Authorized Reseller, he will definitely help you out.

If you bought from other Reseller, just blacklist him and don't buy from him anything in future.

I called the seller and he said the problem is with your server
He said why the NCK Pro box, which was activated in one day, works well

Can you tell me on which day my box was activated?

This date shown in your log tell when your Activation is expired/expiring.

So the Activation date will be 1 year before that date.

Our Authorized Distributor and Reseller have Serial Reader to check card which causes no issue at all.

But these so called sellers open UMT, Update Card (triggering Activation Date) and even use it to repair some devices at the their shop and then sell off used dongle.

I have same problem. Expired 24 June but I activated 21 January. I bought from authorised reseller.
