- Download same firmware as on Device.
- In QcFire v3.1, load firmware, tick on Try Mi Relock Patch and Flash.
- Now check if Relocks on WIFI, if yes, goto Recovery and Wipe Again.

That not done, i make flash whith patch but that was relock to conect wifi, i go recovery and wipe and that relock. Restore backup and said mi id account from the other phone backup but that relock when i login.

Here I can see you made a mistake. First, You never need to erase phone. Second, you flashed firmware with Try Mi Relock Patch, but that firmware is not factory firmware.

Please enable "Try Mi Relock Patch" and try to flash with Factory Firmware.

Added:

Xiaomi Anti Relock Method
- Use Read & Tools > Xiaomi Special > Anti Relock
- You need to connect phone with USB Debugging Enabled.
- It will disable Account Relock on connecting to Internet.
- You will not be able to use Mi Account feature.
- To revert back, just Wipe phone.
