mi 4i (2015015) no netwrok problem - GSM-Forum

i have mi4i (model: 2015015) which is locked with mi account so i reset mi account using miracle box and mi cloud account is removed now but there is no network in the phone and imei and baseband is ok but radio is off and sim card shows off ( sim card detecting very well )
and when i try to call someone and dial some number its pop up says "please turn off Aeroplane mode first" while aeroplane mode is already off
any idea about this issue ??
