Helo any one i have in hand a redmi 3, with phone lock,,

bootloader is locked,,how to remove phone lock, any tested and eays procedure,

press together power on and volume down.
after that click download and display will black screen.
connect phone to pc and install driver.

last..flashing with MIflash.

pwr OFF
hold vol +
hold l/O
select download
connect usb
install driver qdloader 9008
flash with file fastboot using miflash.
success!

i have downloaded,this file

ido_xhdpi_image_v7.2.7.0.LHPCNDB_20

I FLASH WITH THIS BUT I AM GETTING ERROR

i have brick,now,this redmi3,,now phone in device manager ,only,,,qdloader 9008,,,

what to do,,any master plz help,,,to recover this,,thanks,,any one,
